A few simple things that help every appointment run smoothly.

• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened due to appointments booked after yours.
• Please get in touch as soon as you can if you need to change an appointment.
• If you're early, do let me know — I can often start a little sooner.
• Please tell me about any allergies or medical conditions, and let me know if you are pregnant or trying to conceive before your treatment.
• Please give more than 24 hours' notice to cancel, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee applies.
